One week until The Makers Hive — here's what I'm bringing

We're exactly one week out from The Makers Hive at The Commons in Pasadena, and if you know me, you know this is the point where the countdown starts feeling real. Table layout in my head, cart already half-packed in my mind, and yes — I've already looked at the weather forecast twice.

So while I finish pulling everything together, I wanted to give you a sneak peek at what's coming to the table — planners for the parents, and a couple of favorites for the little learners too.

The planners are the stars this time

If you've been following along, you know planning is basically how I hold my whole week (and my sanity) together — so it felt right to make sure this trio has a real spot at the front of the table.

The Weekly Planner — this is the one I use every single night to look at what's actually coming, not just what I think is coming. If you've been wanting a planner that doesn't feel overwhelming to open, come see this one in person.

The Plans This Week Notepad — small, unassuming, and honestly does more heavy lifting than anything else I own. This is where all the little stuff goes so it stops living rent-free in my head. I'll have these out so you can flip through and see the size/format before deciding if it's your kind of notepad.

The Overachiever Notebook — this one's for anyone who has more ideas than places to put them. No structure, no rules, just pages that can hold whatever your brain hands you at the end of the day.

And for the little learners at the table

It's not just planners this time — a few things for the kids are coming too.

"A is for Apple" wipe-clean book — our reusable book for practicing letters, numbers, and tracing, all in one. Wipe it clean and start again, so it holds up to way more than a one-time read. If your little one's working on early writing skills, this one's worth flipping through in person.

Play-doh sets — simple, easy, screen-free entertainment for the ride home or the wait-in-line moments every parent knows too well. Grabbing a few of these for the table since they're the kind of thing that's always useful to have on hand.

Come see them before you decide

Photos only tell you so much — paper weight, page layout, how it actually feels in your hands, that's all easier in person. If you've been eyeing any of these three on the site, The Makers Hive is a good excuse to come check them out for real before adding to cart.
