Refund policy

We want you to love every item you receive from South Euclid Shop. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Books must be unread and undamaged.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days at southeuclid@icloud.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on books that have been read or show signs of use.

Refund process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
