Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (US):
Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. 

Order tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at southeuclid@icloud.com and we'll help resolve it right away.

International shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon!
